I offer personal and small group training in Brisbane. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I specialises in:

  • Strength

  • Fat Loss

  • Strength and Endurance

  • Muscle Hypertrophy

  • Boxing (fitness based)

  • Mobility

My goal is to teach you how to view training as a lifestyle, not a chore. I work with you on scheduling training and nutrition into your week in order to find a sustainable method that fits YOU. During our sessions I will correct technique, provide constant feedback, push your personal boundaries, and show you how to surpass all you mental obstacles.

What's included?:

  • Personal access to my training app 

  • Track your weights and progress via the app

  • Track your body stats eg. weight, measurements.

  • Track your progress photos and easily compare 

  • Access your customised training plan via the app (4-6 week splits)

  • Video demonstrations for all exercises

  • Customised calorie and macro goals

  • Example meal plan to fit macro targets**

  • Fortnightly nutrition and training check-ins  via the app

  • Nutrition guide PDF

  • Training guide PDF

  • Access to private Facebook Group (NEW)

**Please note, I do NOT write meal plans, or believe in them. 

* Spaces are limited. I only take a certain

* A non-refundable $100 start up fee must be

  paid before commencement of program.

  • No nutrition or training check ins included

  • Program will commence on a Monday, therefore I require a minimum of 3 days prior to complete your plan.
